Founder and Director
After graduating from the University of Illinois in 1996, Rachael Gluck taught in the Highland Park, Buffalo Grove and Skokie school systems. She began her first in-home tutoring service on the North Shore of Chicago in 1998. Rachael earned her Masters in Education Administration in 2000. She is a credentialed teacher and a pioneer in the field of home tutoring.

How do I get started?

Can I have the tutoring at my convenience?
Yes. We will work around your schedule to find times that are convenient for you.
How does the tutoring work?
To do this, the tutor uses your student’s books, worksheets, notes, tests and classroom information. Drawing on their skills and experience, the tutors are constantly assessing and restructuring the lessons to make each session
The teacher says my child is not motivated. Can you help?
Absolutely. Many of our students are discouraged because school is extremely challenging for them. We break assignments down and teach lessons so they are easy to understand. Our tutors will work with your student to find study strategies that apply directly to their unique learning style, then tailor the sessions to their particular needs. Often, students just need a little extra help to build their confidence and get them on the right track.
My child is doing well in school. Can tutoring help?
